Our system of justice is based on fairness and impartiality. This program will address how historical and current discriminatory societal practices impact civil legal issues, including consumer, foreclosure, and eviction matters. Participants will understand that laws and practices that appear neutral on the surface, but have disproportionate negative impacts on communities of color.
