This year’s black history month program will address the historical challenges of increasing minority recruitment and participation in the legal field, as well as the historical efforts to encourage minority participation in voting. Both of our speakers will present on these issues, as well as the specific efforts they have taken in their respective organizations to increase interest in the legal field and to encourage voter registration and participation.
