60+ Program (for people over 60)
This program matches those over 60 of modest means with attorneys who will produce wills, small estate planning forms, deed changes, or power of attorney forms for a person or couple. To qualify, participants must:
1) be over 60;
2) have an annual income of no more than $19,000 (or $25,000 if it is a couple)
3) have assets that do not exceed $20,000 (or $40,000 if it is a couple).
*Keep in mind that your home, cars, and personal property are not counted as assets for this program
